Class Description: A gentle, adapted form of yoga using a chair for support. We will focus on breathing exercises, flexibility, core strength, and mindful meditation. There will be modifications and progressions allowing this class to be a great choice for all levels.
MUST HAVE A SILVER SNEAKERS CARD/NUMBER. $3 per class otherwise.
