Silver Festival Wednesday Evening 5.30pm YOGA SPECIAL

Our Wednesday evening yoga in the historic Kara Kokopu hall - actually quite close to the centre of town ... handy for nearby vicinities such as Maunu, Maungatapere, Ruatangata and Poroti/Mangakahia. We've even had Kamo and Springs Flat residents too, by coming via 3 Mile Bush Rd.

It's only $10 each class for new seniors to come during the Silver Festival to as many of our classes as you like! Ive extend it to 15th and 16th for Wednesday and Thursday classes so you can try 2 of any of those.
We have 7 each week at 5 venues. You can see them all in Events on Shraddha Yoga and Meditation or Whangarei City YOGA.
Rishi from Rishi Iyer - Music teaches most of them. They are very user friendly. This is one that Radhe solely instructs. You are welcome to just turn up or to enquire.
