This mile-long mission may not be through a wretched hive of scum and villainy, but it is calling you to the stars.
We added a Silly Strollin’ Sunday because May the Fourth is just a good day to walk a couple parsecs, right? Like Weird Walkin’ Wednesday, this is an excuse to dress up, have fun, get outside, raise a little ruckus, and walk a mile in the process. Everyone’s welcome to walk, roll, or stroll together.
This is an all-ages event that will include a one-mile walk through Downtown Bangor, beginning and ending at West Market Square.
-Dress in your most epic space adventure gear (Or not! -Everyone’s welcome to walk, roll, or stroll! whether in or out of costume!)
-Meet in West Market Square noon
-Walk a one-mile route together
-Play fight with laser swords
-May the fourth be with you
