A community experience honoring who you areSilks & Hooves is a full-day, immersive community experience centered on self-expression, identity, and connection through expressive art, movement, and equine-facilitated psychotherapy.
Participants will create personalized silk flags, explore gentle movement and dance, and bring these elements into guided equine experiences where horses offer powerful, nonverbal reflection. Together, art, movement, and equine connection create space for authenticity, grounding, and acceptance.
This experience is trauma-informed, choice-based, and open to all experience levels. No prior art, dance, or horse experience is required.
