Join Belle and Michelle for an afternoon of swinging and sipping on Sunday October 6th, from 12pm - 1:30pm. This workshop will teach you basic safety practices, yoga poses and strength options in the silks. If you're feeling adventurous, you will be guided through various sequences including inversions! After the silks class, each guest will receive a cider, or sparkling apple juice, while we shop and chat. Spaces are limited, we cannot wait to flip and fly with you!
