A fun collaboration from Anny at PT Arts Academy and Jenny of Living Truth Movement. ✨️ The first half of the session we will be using the silks to support a series of deep, but gentle poses, readying our bodies and nervous systems for deep relaxation.
The second half of the session will be spent wrapped in a silky, floating cocoon while soothing sounds play for an extended period of peaceful rest.
Modifications for poses will be offered for an all levels class. Dress in warm layers so you can be comfortable during yoga and super cozy during the sound bath.
