This beginner-friendly watercolor workshop will guide students through using watercolors to paint a silhouette scene of their choice. The workshop will begin with a lesson on the basics of watercolor, including how to use masking fluid, gradient blends, and techniques such as wet on wet and wet on dry painting. For the remainder of the class, each participant will receive one-on-one guidance based on the skill level and artistic vision of each participant. Traceable outlines such as cats, figures, trees, and more will be provided.
Studio Location: Suite 16B. When you walk in the main entrance to the New York Wire Works, you can find the studio door between the Wireworks Exchange & The York Merchant on Market.
