Silent Yoga • Sound Bath • Cacao | Midweek Reset
Join us for a grounding midweek reset featuring silent yoga, immersive sound, and ceremonial cacao.
This experience begins with a gentle, nourishing yoga practice using silent headphones, allowing you to move inward without distraction. At the end of class, you’ll settle into a full sound bath and cacao offering — all delivered through headphones for a deeply immersive close.
This session is led by Monica Calero in collaboration with Lindsey Best of Mindful Movement & Sound and is designed to support nervous system regulation, rest, and reconnection at the start of the new year.
Space is limited. This is a pay-what-you-can experience and open to all levels.
After the session, participants are welcome to stay briefly to learn more about our April offering and ask questions.
