Come join us for the first installment of our epic Silent Disco event series! Get ready for our silent disco with 6 live DJ sessions, roller skate workshop with the Liberty Girls, skate rentals and good vibes at Mafera Park. Let's rock out together and make some unforgettable memories at the Hockey Rink. Don't miss out on this awesome fall event; Grab your tickets now as they will increase on the day of!

? Time: 2 - 4pm Liberty Girls Workshop
? 4 - 8pm Silent Wave Disco (must rent headphones to partake)
? Location: Joseph F. Mafera Rink - Ridgewood, Queens
? Roller Disco Vibes: Join the Liberty Girls from 2 - 4pm for an intermediate-friendly workshop on the LOCAL routine, featuring downtown fundamentals and fun combos. Skaters must already know the basics of skating to participate. This ticket includes a one-hour warm-up and a one-hour routine workshop.
? Groovy Beats: From 4 - 6pm we will have DJ Mister Butler, DJ Lemonade & DJ Studio 50H. Up next from 6 - 8pm we will have DJ D, DJ Silent H & DJ Project Delancey. Tune into their channels via the headphone rentals and find your favorite jam!
❤️ Safe Space: This event is all about love, acceptance, and celebrating individuality. Whether you're a seasoned skater or taking your first glide, come as you are and let the good vibes roll! Rental quad skates will be available and inline skates are welcome!
Roller skating is an exhilarating and enjoyable activity that promotes fitness, fun, and community. By purchasing an event ticket, you agree to adhere to and follow the Liberty Code of Conduct listed below to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment!
Respect for Others: Treat fellow skaters, spectators, and staff with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Refrain from engaging in behavior that may endanger or offend others.
Safety First: Prioritize safety at all times. Wear the appropriate protective gear, including helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards. Follow established safety guidelines and be mindful of your surroundings.
Skate Responsibly: Skate within your abilities and refrain from reckless or aggressive maneuvers that may pose a risk to yourself or others. Be aware of your speed and avoid collisions with fellow skaters.
Obey Instructions: Follow instructions provided by venue staff, including rules for skating areas, traffic flow, and emergency procedures. Compliance with instructions helps maintain order and ensures everyone's safety.
Mindful Skating: Be mindful of other individuals sharing the skating area. Yield to non-skaters and give them ample space to pass safely.
Keep it Clean: Help maintain a clean and tidy skating environment by disposing of trash properly and respecting the venue's property. Avoid littering or damaging skating surfaces and equipment.
Respect the Facility: Respect the rules and regulations of the skating venue. Use designated areas for skating and refrain from trespassing or engaging in unauthorized activities.
Inclusive Environment: Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for skaters of all backgrounds, abilities, and ages. Support and encourage newcomers while embracing diversity within the skating community.
Report Incidents: Report any accidents, injuries, or concerns to venue staff promptly. Cooperation ensures that appropriate actions can be taken to address issues and prevent future incidents.
