𝐼 𝑎𝑚 𝑖𝑛𝑣𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑦𝑜𝑛𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑎𝑛 𝑜𝑝𝑒𝑛 𝑚𝑒𝑒𝑡-𝑢𝑝 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑜𝑠𝑒 𝑤ℎ𝑜 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑛𝑒𝑐𝑡 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒, 𝑙𝑖𝑘𝑒-𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑑 𝑝𝑒𝑜𝑝𝑙𝑒, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 𝑠𝑢𝑏𝑡𝑙𝑒 𝑖𝑛𝑛𝑒𝑟 𝑒𝑥𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑠.This is a winter continuation of the summer Silent Walk & Forest Breathwork event, adjusted to accommodate the winter season. As before, we will meet near Vestamager metro station and venture into Kalvebod Fælled.
We will begin with a brief arrival period, during which I will share a few words about the meeting's context and guide a short meditation. Then, we will walk for approximately 1.5 hours, with invitation to remain in silence.
Silence can help us become more receptive, present, and intimately connected with ourselves and the world around us. It often reveals our inner voices, dialogues, and streams of thought. I wish to honor all these experiences without judging them as right or wrong. It is what it is.
The walk will conclude at a location with benches, where we will sit for another brief meditation. Depending on the group's size and dynamics, I will guide us into group sharing, small group connection exercises, or perhaps one-on-one connection practices. Whatever unfolds, envision an atmosphere where you can speak about your present-moment experience, share from the heart, and be heard and received without any expectation to be different.
During our time together, I hope we connect with a deeper sense of presence—with ourselves, nature, and an inherent interpersonal, and transpersonal aspect. I believe it is much needed in the world to recognize that we are connected and that both experiences of individuality and unity can be embraced and bridged in our experience.

I will send out the pin via email, close to Vestamager station. Depending on the weather, we will end up 10 to 40 minutes' walk from there.
