About this Event
According to American Theatre Magazine, Lauren Gunderson is one of the most produced playwrights in the U.S. since 2015.
Her brilliant SILENT SKY is just one luminous example of that. As described on her website, it follows the "true story of 19th-century astronomer Henrietta Leavitt [who] explores a woman's place in society during a time of immense scientific and heart-bound discoveries. With music and math bursting forth onstage, Henrietta and her female peers change the way we understand both the heavens and Earth."
Trevecca's production of SILENT SKY runs February 7 through February 16 at Benson Theatre in McClurkan Hall on campus.
General admission is $20. Tickets for children 10 and under are $15. TNU students with an ID are only $10. You may purchase tickets here or reserve them by calling 615-248-1370 during regular business hours.
