Slow stretching postures are a wonderful way to melt along to the vibrations. Use our mats, bolsters, pillows, whatever you need - grab and flow in your own way and pace.Jen opened up this offering for this time window on a trial basis. The 1st Wed morning for fall and winter months. With attendance / feedback - the time may be adjusted and possibly become bi-monthly or weekly, if desired.
