Silent Scream is a ticketed, Halloween themed event taking place on October 25th at the Cornerstone Event Center in Burlington, IA. It will feature an acoustic set by ShadesInBlue, music by Little Evil and Yote, and additional activities to help raise money for Elevate's Mobile Crisis and Assertive Community Treatment programs.
