Home of Ohio's longest-running Silent Retreat series, we have carefully crafted a small group experience that is both nourishing, transformative, and with just enough challenge to help you grow in your practice. Each Silent Retreat has the same thread of support running through it as we (Alana and Dave) teach the practices we have made a part of our daily lives for decades. Participants will experience yoga asana, meditation and Self-Breema classes that are chosen for your particular group. Our location is an oasis in rural Ohio, 9 acres of vital land that includes little creeks, a spring-fed pond, woods, hills, open meadow and an heirloom organic garden bursting with life.
