Silent Meeting & Journaling: Monday Mornings 8:30–9:10After the morning drop-off, this time is set aside to slow down and reset before the week carries you forward. From 8:30–9:10 we meet in shared silence. There’s no talking, no agenda—just the chance to sit quietly in the presence of others and let your mind and body settle.
In the last few minutes, we shift into journaling. You can use this time to write down what came up during the silence, set intentions for the week, or simply clear your thoughts onto the page.
It’s a simple practice—30 minutes of stillness and reflection to begin the week with clarity and steadiness.
