This Event is an opportunity for beginner and experienced meditators alike to practice meditation. If you are looking to deepen your practice or understand the depths of spirituality, this is your space!
About the Practice:
The meditation practice we follow is called 'Jangama Dhyana'. This technique involves closing of eyes and watching without any external anchor of support like breath or chants.
