This is an opportunity to be in community, share intentions, go into your body, the music dj-Ed to headphones I provide for you to use and move as you like. It’s a no talking space and no phones are encouraged …at the end we reconnect and harvest our shares about our experience. Many bring snacks for a collective picnic at end.

Excited to share this special event on location at Lido beach. The use of the disco headsets come with your entry ticket . Each headset has three settings for three different musical waves.
Dancers can tap their headset to change channels. Each dancers headset color blinks in the color of their current channel they are dancing with.
One channel is live mixed with dj kat, one is 80’s/90’s and a third is restorative music.
