Silent Disco in the Park

About the space:

• It's a space of authentic self-expression and playful exploration of yourself through movement.
• It's a space to reconnect with nature and community.
• It's a space to learn how to feel and express all range of emotions.
• It's a space to dance away all that doesn't serve you anymore.
• It's your playground where you are unbound to have fun and play.
• It's a space where everyone is welcome.

What to bring:

• Headphones (optional: your favourite playlist)
• Yoga mat or something to sit on // blanket or something warm for closing meditation.
• Water / or other refreshments. (no alcohol)
• Layers of clothes to put on/remove.

What to expect:

• I will create and share a playlist on Spotify, new each time. (if you don’t have a subscription, you can simply use your own favorite playlist.)
• I will guide us through an integration meditation at the end.
• If it rains heavily, please expect the event to be cancelled at short notice (1-2hrs prior).

• We will meet, and go together to our dance/grass location. Or you can come straight
