Join us for the latest edition of Silent Book Club in Roanoke, Texas! This is an opportunity for a night out to read, meet other readers, and support a local business - this month, we're hosting at Roanoke's newest coffee shop, Aromas on Oak. Books, coffee, non-caffeinated beverages, and friends - what could be better?
The agenda is below - and even though we have an agenda, this is a very informal event. Come see what it's about!
6:00-6:30: Welcome, chit chat, order food and drinks (at your cost).
6:30-7:30: Silent reading - bring any book, eBook, or audiobook that you want to read.
7:30-8:00: Continue reading or chat about what you just read with fellow readers.
Kids are welcome, as long as they can read on their own for an hour. If there are enough participants, we can set up a kids' table for discussion.
Please RSVP so we have an idea of how many people will attend.
