Are you intrigued by the idea of a book club but unsure about the assigned reading or pressure to socialise?
Come celebrate Book Week Scotland with us at Falkirk Library by joining our first ever Silent Book Club! We'll have 45 minutes of solo reading time, followed by some optional socialising at the end.
Our airy top floor study space will be set aside just for the club. You'll enjoy free hot drinks, comfortable seating and the best set of windows in Falkirk, with views over the town to the Ochils.
There's no assigned reading. Bring your own reading materials or ask one of our Library Assistants for recommendations. All readers and formats welcome. You can even bring your own blankets, cushions, or whatever makes you feel comfortable.
