Join Huntsville’s Silent Book Club for a special meeting at The Snail on the Wall bookstore during Banned Books Week. You're encouraged to read a banned or challenged book during this Banned Books Read-in.
Event partner Libro.fm will provide a free audiobook to all attendees.
The event is free, but registration is required because capacity is limited.
What to bring:
Bring a book to read or buy one at The Snail that night! We have folding chairs, but you're welcome to bring a camp chair that you find more comfortable. You can also bring a drink/snack if you'd like.
About Silent Book Club:
Silent Book Club is a global community of readers who gather together to read in quiet camaraderie. The SBC Huntsville chapter meets several times a month at different locations around the city. Basically, if you enjoy reading and like the idea of a book club but are a little introverted, this club is for you!
