At this workshop, Kadam Birgit will guide us in practical and effective meditations and ways of thinking, that enable us to become happier, more content and comfortable in our self and our life.
WHAT TO EXPECT
These classes are based on Buddhaโs teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion. These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
Registration starts at 9:30am. This course includes a vegan, wheat-free morning tea (we cannot guarantee gluten-free).
