To make this event safe and enjoyable for all attendees, please read the below guidelines ahead of buying a ticket, so you know what to expect on the day. To avoid disappointment, we must stress that there will be no access to the event for non-ticketholders.

• Barnes & Noble reserves the right to make new rules and orders in its sole discretion with regard to COVID-19 at any time and any person not abiding by the Barnes & Noble directives will be refused entrance or directed to leave the premises.

* *THERE ARE THREE TICKET OPTIONS FOR THIS EVENT. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES BEFORE PURCHASING:

• You must have a ticket to enter the event space. 1 ticket admits 1 person
• The artist will only sign two items per person. If you purchase a bundle ticket, you are now maxed at items signed.
• Memorabilia will be permitted to 1 item per person for guests with a single Vinyl or CD ticket ONLY. (1 LP ticket + 1 memorabilia item or 1 CD ticket + 1 memorabilia item). A bundle ticket permits 1 guest with 2 items, and therefore maxes out items signed.

One copy of the CD edition and one copy of the Vinyl edition of

Due to health and safety and space limitations, those without a ticket will not be permitted into the event space.

This is a signing event. The musician will personalize, first name only, the purchased Vinyl and/or CD.

Cellphone photos will be permitted.

Any gifts for Richard Marx will be collected prior to the signing line.

***The exact time at which the event ends will be determined on the day. To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise you to arrive on time for the event. Late arrivals may not have the opportunity to meet the musician.***

No large bags will be permitted into the event.

The line will begin forming outside at 1:00 PM the day of the event. Please have a copy of your ticket available (either printed out or on your phone) for check in.

Some outside queuing may be required, so please do come dressed appropriately for all weathers.

Please note that Eventbrite is the only authorized dealer for this event. Each person must have a ticket to enter.

Attendees can receive refunds up to 1 day (24 hours) before your event start time.

If you are unable to attend the event, Barnes & Noble - Fifth Ave will hold your Vinyl and/or CD for seven days after the event. Please contact the store to arrange your pickup.
