DSF Werks empowers underserved youth, many transitioning out of foster care, through a supportive, intergenerational community where they can discover their value and identity. They are partnered with older adult mentors from whom they learn practical skills in trades such as car restoration and media arts. Their workplace in Signal Hill has resources and a structured framework that provides real-life experiences.
