Tin punching is a skilled trade, artisan would work as an apprentice up to a journeyman. They created pieces that served a function as well as making them decorative in nature. Try your hand at creating your own piece of tin art.Once a month we will have a Sign-up Saturday Program. The programs will be more involved than our typical Saturday Program and will allow visitors to gain some history/science knowledge and get hands-on experience with each topic. Recommended for kids 8 years and older due to building and tools used.
Each program will have 4 time slots, with each time slot running about 20-30 minutes. To sign up, go through Ticket Tailor https://www.tickettailor.com/events/lakeshoremuseumcenter/1095137# or in person at the front desk. Limit of 10 per section.
