• The Millard J. Watkins, Jr. Memorial Scholarship

Awarded annually to one deserving male high school student in Henrico

County, Hanover County, or the City of Richmond, VA, who exhibits

personal integrity and excellence through academic achievement and

community service.

• The Principles Scholarship

Awarded annually to one deserving male college student attending James

Madison University, Longwood University, University of Virginia, Virginia

Commonwealth University, or Virginia Union University who exhibits

personal integrity and excellence through leadership, academic

achievement, and community involvement.
