By registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in this hiking event organized by the Sigma Kappa Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, involves physical activity that carries the risk of injury or accident. I certify that I am physically fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, trail conditions, and wildlife. I hereby release and hold harmless Sigma Kappa Zeta Chapter, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, its members, officers, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from my participation in this event.
