Greyhound Supporters is inviting the sighthound community to come join us for a pack walk on Sunday April 27 at 10:30am along the Rideau Canal! We will be meeting at the western edge of Corktown Footbridge. Then, we will walk along the Rideau Canal Western Pathway to Pretoria Bridge, cross to Rideau Canal Eastern Pathway and make our way back to the footbridge. The route is approx 3km (see photo in the comments). If this route is too long for you and/or your hound feel free to turn around when needed! There is free parking and parking for a fee $ in the area. Please note that the pack walk will be canceled if it's raining. To ensure the safety of all involved, please be aware of your hound's disposition with respect to other hounds. We kindly ask that all hounds who attend are leashed.
