About this Event
Join us as we officially kick off summer with a family-friendly CommUNITY Block Party. Build unity as a neighborhood and meet our hospital team. We invite you to come to our campus for an indoor/outdoor experience that is sure to bring fun to your family’s weekend schedule.
This completely FREE event is open to all ages and will include:
- A Lesson in Robotics – Get science-y with us and learn about the cool tech hospitals use to care for patients
- Arts and Crafts Station
- Food Trucks – Hydration Drinks via SIP and Churros Huesos
- Hospital Tours
- Kid and Me Fitness Session hosted by a local fitness expert
- Live Music
- Meet the Big Rigs – Kids can have a sneak peek at what an ambulance and fire truck are like and meet the VIPs who take care our community.
- Paws 2 Read Session (includes a free book for all participants)
- The Discovery Museum’s Outreach Van including live science demos
- And more
The event will also include community partners who will educate families on nutrition, exercise, and wellness. You don’t want to miss stopping at their booth for free swag and great information.
