Thank you for your willingness to volunteer with Sidewalk Prophets! You have a chance help support the artists, enjoy a fun night of music, and spend some time with your friends! Please join us in making this evening a success.
This role includes being able help the production crew with load-in and load-out of production. This role requires good communication skills, attention to safety, ability to lift 50lbs, and to follow directions. GBFP strongly prefers that the load-in and load-out crew are the same people. This helps immensely in our load-in and load-out times. Load-In takes approximately 4 hours, and load out typically takes 3 hours. Production manager will train and give more specific details on the day of the show. Ages 18+, please.
Load IN times - 8:45 AM - 1 PM
Load OUT times - 8:45 PM - Midnight

Q: How important is it that I arrive at my time slot?
A: Very important! We will be checking in All volunteers at the specified time for mandatory training. Please allow time for parking and getting to the entrance.
Q: How late will I need to stay?
A: You will need to plan to stay until the stage is clear and everything is loaded back in the trailer, it could be as late as midnight.
Q: How will I know where to go? Or who is my contact?

Q: Will I be able to see the concert?
A: Yes, if you help Load In/Out, you will be able to see the entire concert for free.
