Sidetrack Bookshop is thrilled to present #1 New York Times bestselling author A.L. Jackson in conversation with author Melanie Harlow to celebrate the launch of Beyond the Blue Horizon, a novel full of small town romance and suspense.
Date: Tuesday, October 7, 2025, 6:30pm - 8pm. Doors open at 6pm
Location: Sidetrack Bookshop, 325 S. Washington Ave., Royal Oak, MI 48067
Tickets: $25 - Includes one general admission seat to the event and signing line with one copy of Beyond the Blue Horizon.
Please note there will be a signing line after the discussion during which each attendee may have up to three books or other items signed by each author.
Additional copies of Beyond the Blue Horizon will be available for purchase at the event while supplies last.
Parking in the Center Street Parking Garage located just north of Sidetrack Bookshop with entrances on both Washington and Center Streets is free for the first two hours and costs only 75 cents per hour thereafter, Monday through Saturday.

Event Guidelines
Every person who wishes to attend this event must purchase a ticket.
This ticketed event will take place at Sidetrack Bookshop in downtown Royal Oak (325 S. Washington Ave., Royal Oak, MI 48067) on Tuesday, October 7, at 6:30pm, with doors opening at 6pm. Each ticket is $25, which includes one copy of Beyond the Blue Horizon and one general admission seat to the event and signing line.
Seating is general admission. Please plan to arrive early to secure your desired seat(s). Doors open at 6pm.
A signing and photo line with A.L. Jackson and Melanie Harlow will follow the conversation. Signing guidelines help ensure that both the authors and attendees have a positive, respectful experience during the signing line, and that the authors are able to meet all attendees in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
After the event, both authors will be available to personalize books with a name and, if desired, the date. Each attendee may have only up to three books or other items signed by each author. You may bring your personal copies of each author's books to be signed. We will also have both books available to purchase during the event. A staff member will be available to take photos of attendees with both authors. Please note that this event follows the authors' and publisher’s wishes and may mean limits on photos and the number of books that may be autographed or personalized. All event guidelines are subject to change at any time. Sidetrack Bookshop will strive to communicate any changes to event attendees as quickly and clearly as possible. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

Payment options include cash, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Sidetrack/Caboose gift cards.
