Class Experience
In this cozy, seasonal cooking class, students will prepare a trio of comforting vegetable dishes perfect for any gathering. They’ll start with Garlic & Parmesan Hasselback Potatoes, mastering thin slicing and roasting techniques. Then, they’ll make Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pecans & Cranberries, learning to balance sweet and savory flavors. Finally, they’ll create a creamy Butternut Squash Gratin, perfecting layering and baking. This class offers versatile vegetable skills to elevate holiday meals.
