Start your week off right with an empowering and aligning evening class at The Broadside! Talia is bringing her fun and motivating flows every Monday at 6pm. Class is all-levels and modifications are offered for more advanced poses. Your Tuesdays through Fridays will thank you!

There are two ticket types available:

2. Pre-Pay via Venmo Ticket - check out and send $10 via Venmo (@nolavibeyoga) include your name(s) + class date + class name in the description.

• Limited mat rentals are available for $5 each. Please try and let us know ahead of time!
• Suggested items to bring: mat, sweat towel & water.
