We can never get enough of Italy, especially because there are so many regions to explore, each with their own rich culture and special culinary delights. This month we are taking you the true heart of the Mediterranean-Sicily! Sicily sits between the east and west, Europe and North Africa, as such the island's cuisine is quite unique. Join us as we explore this complex island rich and diverse with influence. One thing we know for sure is that Sicilian food is meant to be paired with wine and lucky for us Sicily is having "a moment" in the wine world! Our friends Jaime and Chris from Imperial Beverage will be hosting the event and expertly pairing each course with Sicilian wines.

Course One- Antipasto Trio with Italian Breads, Sicilian Focaccia, Mafalda, Tomato Cruda, Caponata, Pistachio Pesto
Course Two- Tuna Carpaccio with Lemon Parsley Sauce, Sicilian EVOO, preserved lemons, greens, oregano
Course Three- Pasta alla Norma with Ricotta, fried sardines, rigatoni, plum tomatoes, eggplant, pecorino, basil
Course Four-Beef Braciole stuffed with 'nduja, pine nuts, raisins, bread crumbs, pecorino, capers, Marsala accompanied with Chard Gratin, ricotta, mascarpone, pine nuts, garlic, lemon, bread crumbs
Course Five-Sweet Ricotta Torta with dark chocolate and orange zest
