Sicilian Cooking Class in Jersey City (July 13)

Join Chef Gabby of Autumn Olive Food Works for a special summer cooking class series preparing SIX homestyle Sicilian recipes, using local ingredients. These recipes will turn you into an authentic Nonna(o) that can thrown down a proper homestyle feast for your friends and family.

All level of cooks are welcome, as we will be covering some knife skill basics in addition to our recipe techniques. This class is limited to SIX students, and we will be making each recipe together as a class.
