This workshop will explore the themes, joys and challenges of adopting and fostering siblings.The training is relevant to both adopters/foster carers in homestudy and those who are already parenting. The workshop will equip prospective adopters/foster carers with the knowledge they need to decide if siblings are the right choice for them. The afternoon session will equip families with strategies, provide safe space to share their story, get advice and learn new skills.
The training will take place on Thursday the 10th of October:
For prospective adopters and foster carers –morning session only
9.45 a.m. – 1pm
For families who are already parenting siblings – full day
2pm till 4.30 pm
