Siam interclubs are a great opportunity for Fighters to gain valuable experience in a light contact controlled environment , also helping Fighters to listen to there corners instructions
Good technique should be used at all times .
Rules :
No spinning back fist
No Elbow
No Knee to the face
No head contact juniors under 16
No wild swings !!!
Adults 3 x 1.5 minute rounds
Juniors 3 x 1 minute rounds
Adults must wear :
16oz gloves
Full shin pads
Groin guard
Gum shield
Juniors must wear :
Under 50kg 10oz gloves
Over 50kg 16oz gloves
Body protector
Full shin pads including instep
Groin guard
Gum shield “ optional “
Seating for everyone
Refreshments Hot and cold drinks/ food
Fighters arrive at 9am
Fights start at 10am
£10 fighters
£10 spectators
