Come join us for a fun and energetic dance class led by the talented instructor, Shy (and others). Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer, this class is perfect for anyone looking to learn some new moves and have a great time. Get ready to move to the latest hits and reshape your mind and body! We have fitness goals to reach! Don't be shy, come out and dance with us! Movement is health!
