The Shubert Summer Theater & Arts Camp is a summer program for middle school students who want to explore interests, potential, and opportunities in the arts. The camp offers students a chance to take in-depth classes in acting, short film, visual arts, and musical theater while in an arts rich environment. The camp is open to both New Haven and non-New Haven residents. Located at adjacent Cooperative Arts & Humanities High School, The Shubert Summer Theater & Arts Camp is situated in the heart of downtown New Haven, surrounded by theaters, galleries, and museums. In addition to an arts atmosphere, the camp is staffed by a combination of professional artists, teaching artists, and emerging student-teacher-artists from Cooperative Arts & Humanities High School.Included:

2024 Schedule & Fees
Session 1: July 1-12, 2024
*no camp on July 4 for the Federal holiday
Session 2: July 15-26, 2024
Classes will run Mon thru Fri
9am-2:30pm (dismissal 2:30-3:00pm)
Classes will be held at Co-Op High School, 177 College Street, New Haven.
DROP OFF SCHEDULE
8:30am All campers may be dropped off between 8:30 and 9am
PICK UP SCHEDULE
2:30pm Musical Theater Campers
2:45pm Theater & Arts Campers grades 3-4
3:00pm Theater & Arts Campers grades 5-8
TUITION FEES:
