Shrove Tuesday, also known as Fat Tuesday, is the day before Ash Wednesday, which kicks off the season of Lent. It is the PERFECT day to use up your butter, sugar, white flour and all the other fattening luxuries that many refrain from eating during the season of Lent. The most traditional Anglican thing to do on Shrove Tuesday is to have a big pancake supper, as making pancakes is a great way to use up all your butter, sugar and white flour.St. Paul's continues this tradition every year by jazzing up the parish hall in Mardi Gras fashion for our Annual Pancake Supper. We serve pancakes, sausage and spiced peaches, coffee, and orange juice. You may choose to dine in and enjoy the Mardi Gras decor and some fellowship, or you may take your pancakes home.
Please join us for pancakes on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased in advance from a St. Paul's church member OR at the door the day of the event!! Adult Tickets are $8; Children (under 10) are $4.
