Join us for our annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake & Gumbo Supper and help us raise money for Mercy Chefs, a Portsmouth-based organization that provides fresh and healthy meals in response to national and international emergencies and natural disasters, along with feeding community members struggling with food insecurity.
Suggested dinner donations are: $10 for adults; $5 for kids; and $30 for families. Donations are accepted at the door payable by cash, check, or credit card. All are welcome!
Each year we prepare for Lent by sharing this feast together and burying the "Alleluia" banner in our churchyard. We put this word away during the six weeks of Lent to focus and prepare for a joyful Easter Sunday. We will dig up the banner after our annual Egg Hunt!
