Shroud II: The Art of Shrouding
"The Art of Shrouding" takes your shrouding skills to an intimate and creative level. We encourage participants to come in pairs with someone they know well, but it's fine to come alone as well. Each participant will write out and then create their ideal shroud, whether it be for them or someone they love. They can then choose to be shrouded themselves or shroud their parnter to see their shroud come to life.
What to expect: Participants will be hands on with each other. This workshop honors bodies of all sizes.
What to wear/bring: You'll want to wear comfortable flexible clothing, and bring water. Bring a sheet of any size if you are able. We will have an actual burial shroud available for participants to practice with as well. We will supply flowers, stones, candles, tea bar, and will have some cloth available, but we encourage participants to bring whatever ritual supplies are unique and special to them.
