This SHREDZ exeperience will fit all levels of fitness: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The workout is unlike any other fitness class, there will be educational breaks where Coach Nat explains the science and research behind the moves. Coach Nat's entire system is based on attacking the fat cells in the body and she explains how to start getting your body to start metabolically working with you while shaping your figure to the best it can be.
You will learn life-changing information and you will feel a stretch you've never felt before. Learn the moves needed to improve your balance & posture and learn the framework and philosophy behind Coach Nat's SHREDZ science-backed system.
