Patience is so underrated in our culture. It gained many tangled under-meanings, which have almost negative connotations. We have to go - do - be proactive - search - change - grow - develop...even in a field of so called spirituality we have to "work on ourselves" and transform and prove worthy, and achieve, share, build.
What about just Be (and yes, I immediately feel fears - does that mean I am giving up, am I lazy, am I just loosing time..."loosing time" is a BIG one in my last month of being 49!), what if everything is ok, and change may happen or not, and what if

ShowUP are experimental free-form movement (dance) sessions based on 5Rhythms conscious dance method. Nothing to do and nowhere to arrive, we ShowUP for ourselves and each other, we witness the present moment, follow the responses of our bodies to emotions, thoughts, music, partners - and let ourselves move however we are called for.
Essentially we are practicing how to get out of our own way and surrender to simplicity of finding expression and pleasure through movement.
Also....there is music. 2h of incredible MUSIC.
