Squat- 30 minutes to establish a 1,3,or 5 rep max
Bench Press- 30 minutes to establish a 1,3,or 5 rep max
Deadlift- 30 minutes to establish a 1,3,or 5 rep max (straight bar or hex)
Push Ups/Pull Ups- Max Reps 1 Minute each
Prowler Challenge
Every sign up will receive a goodie bag, t shirt, and lunch
Prize packages will be created for award winners
