We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Showing and Judging Masterclass including Conformation and Turnout, hosted by our in house experienced showing judge and talent spotter, Michaela Pollitt!Michaela has a wealth of experience, with her clients and horses placing in the top ranks at prestigious events such as County Level, HOYS (Horse of the Year Show), and the Royal International Horse Show. She’s also a winner of the Best Turned Out Award at the Royal International Horse Show, making her the perfect guide to help you master the art of turnout and showing.

*Location: Equisign Tack and Feed, Gainsborough Rd, Kirton in Lindsey North Lincs, DN21 4EN (indoors, so no matter the weather, we’ll stay warm and dry)
What You’ll Learn:
This masterclass is designed to help you master the art of showing, whether you’re a newcomer or looking to improve your skills or for those wanting to step up to becoming a judge. We will focus on the critical elements that judges evaluate, such as:
Conformation: Michaela will walk you through how judges assess a horse’s conformation and what you should be looking for in your own horse.
Turnout: Learn from an award-winning expert how to get that perfect show-ring turnout. From plaiting and grooming techniques to horse and rider presentation, you’ll gain insights that will help you stand out for the right reasons.
How to Show: Michaela will share her top tips on how to show your horse, covering everything from the right way to execute your go round and individual show and present yourself in the ring.
Do’s and Don’ts: You’ll get advice on common mistakes to avoid and key strategies to present yourself and your horse with confidence and poise and also and insight on commonly overlooked rules.
What to Bring:
No horse needed for this event—just yourself and your desire to learn!
Drinks and cake will be provided, but please bring a packed lunch. A microwave and fridge are available for use.£55 per participant.
