?: Pick one of the Nobu cold dishes’ to pair your cocktail with. ?
?: Email your cocktail to us by 25th September.
?: Check to see if you are one of the top eight winners, announced on 27th September.
If so, you'll compete live at Nobu Portman Square on Monday 7th October in front of judges Peter Dorelli, Sophie Bratt and Sandrae Lawrence at the final you’ll be asked to create three serves of your cocktail (10mins prep, 6mins presenting).
