SHOW UP is a grassroots coalition of women across the US in search of positivity through social justice advocacy amidst our (often stressful) political climate. SHOW UP was originally created as a Facebook group, which has grown quickly in many states to show positive support for The Kamala Harris/Tim Walz 2024 presidential campaign. We represent women from all walks of life, but we all share one common understanding: our country has struggled greatly in the last several years and we are ready for change. We share many of the same fundamental beliefs and morals, regardless of what our voter registration cards say. Most importantly, we are tired of complacency and intend to SHOW UP on October 19th, 2024 in cities throughout the US to spread joy and educate citizens on their most important freedom as Americans: the right to have their voices heard at the polls on November 5th.
Buffalo NY intends to have a peaceful march to show our support to our community and send a positive message of solidarity to the national campaign.
Join us at 2pm on Saturday, October 19th at Niagara Square in downtown Buffalo and SHOW UP for Kamala and Tim. SHOW UP for your friends and neighbors. SHOW UP for your families. SHOW UP for the preservation of democracy. SHOW UP for our amazing country.
