Do you experience tension, pain, or limited mobility in your shoulders, neck, or upper back? This therapeutic yoga workshop is designed to help you find relief while building strength and freedom of movement.Over six progressive in-person classes, we will explore practical techniques that release chronic tension, support healthy posture, and restore balance to your shoulder girdle and spine. You will leave with tools you can use both on and off the mat to feel more at ease in your body.
What to expect:
-Gentle yet effective practices for shoulder, neck and spine health
-Techniques to relieve pain and reduce tension
-Stability and mobility exercises for long-term support
-Simple take-home practices to improve daily comfort
