De-stress your whole upper body by joining me for an afternoon of practical, accessible, and functional movements to help improve mobility and increase strength in your neck, shoulders and upper body. Using yoga therapy techniques, mindful Somatic movements, Pilates exercises and strengthening drills, this workshop will show you simple and effective ways that really work and will help reduce tension and pain and help you to maintain a healthy upper back for years to come.

WHO THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR
This workshop is suitable for all levels, including beginners as no yoga experience is necessary. However, although adaptions can be made for most conditions, please do not attend if you have had recent surgery on your neck or shoulder, are currently in a lot of pain and/or have inflammation in the shoulder joint. The day will involve mostly lying on the floor. If you cannot lie on the floor, there are adaptions, but you may miss out on some exercises.
So I can prepare for the workshop I’d be grateful if you could initially let me know of any medical issues or concerns that you may have. A health questionnaire will be sent to you once you have booked and paid.
